To apply for a BCSC Scholarship, please download and complete the 2011 Application Form (linked above).  All applications must be printed and returned to the address listed below by April 1st, 2011 along with your most recent official college transcript.  Failure to include your most recent official transcript together with the application form will disqualify your application.  Electronic submission of applications will not be accepted.
